Concept Meeting
We meet with you to discuss :
Your brief, your ideas, your message, location options, timing issues & your target audience.
The length & amount of films you require, also whether you require a longer version for DVD or MPeg for presentations,etc.
We then provide you with a detailed production budget &, when agreed, we set up your shoot

Stage Two
Pre Production
We check out locations for you so there are no surprises on the day, then deliver a shooting script with a call sheet for your shoot & distribute a running order of your shoot filming duration.
We then staff up the shoot and liaise with presenters if necessary & ensure all the resources, including necessary cameras, sound, lighting equipment, stock & autocue are ready for your shoot.

Stage Three
Shooting your film
Depending on the shoot, your film crew can range from a two man crew with a producer, director, runner & extra lighting to a single director filming inobtrusively with a handheld Sony Z1.
We use a range of cameras shooting on HDCAM, HDV & DVCAM.
A full day shoot is 10 hours
A half day shoot is 5 hours

Stage Four
Editing your film
We edit in multi-format digital linear suites that are equipped to handle everything from basic titles to a full broadcast edit, enabling us to offer efficient and versatile online editing that perfectly complements our non-linear editing options.
Graphics can be delivered seamlessly and we take charge of the complete sound post-production process, including voice over if required and miusic. We can transfer to and from most formats and can handle anything from basic screen grabs to encoding various file types.
Your final film is compressed and easy to retrieve in Flash video, Real Player, Quicktime or Windows media player format. We can also provide up to 500 duplicates of your master DVD to use for promotions, power point presentations, marketing or conference and exhibition viewings.
